Marvin Love and Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Hotel General Manager with a strong background in Food and Beverage. As a leader in the industry, our company values excellence and strives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Boutique Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facility management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores, and managing a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all hotel operations and services to achieve financial targets and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including effective pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction is maintained through excellent customer service and personalized experiences.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community partners.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Boutique Hotel General Manager or Director of Food and Beverage with a similar property
  • Strong background in Food and Beverage operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
