SEVEN @ Caesar's Republic Scottsdale is currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can: 

• Develop schedules for bartenders and barbacks, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Provide training for bar staff on procedures, recipes, and service standards
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies, placing orders as needed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all bar areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurants/hospitality; management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of bar best practices and inventory control procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
