Position Overview:

The Automotive Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financing and purchase process for our customers. This includes working closely with lenders, assisting customers in securing financing or purchase plans, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive financing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the financing and purchase process, explaining options and terms.
  • Secure competitive financing rates and terms through established lender relationships.
  • Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine financing options.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and lenders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing options, rates, and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries related to financing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive financing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in securing financing for customers.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, regulations, and lending practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using finance and CRM software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
