Position Overview:

The Automotive Lot Attendant/Porter will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot. This includes arranging the vehicles in an orderly manner, ensuring they are properly fueled and ready for display, and performing basic maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed and arranged on the dealership lot.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management.
• Move and park vehicles as needed to maintain an organized lot.
• Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and fueled for display.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as washing vehicles and checking fluid levels.
• Keep the lot clean and presentable at all times.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Lot Attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively and be a self starter.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
