Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director of Growth Strategy who can bridge visionary thinking with results-driven execution. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning Structure’s digital strategies with our clients' goals, ensuring that every initiative leads to tangible outcomes that fuel growth.

Requirements

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to increase profitability, catalyze growth, and deliver measurable value for both Structure and its clients.
  • Comprehensive Campaigns: Develop high-level growth strategies across digital services, including web development, eCommerce, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strategic Alignment: Plan and communicate strategies that align Structure’s business goals with client objectives, ensuring that data-driven insights inform decisions.
  • Actionable Roadmaps: Design and execute clear, actionable strategies and roadmaps that clients can use to achieve clear and measurable outcomes.
  • Solution-Oriented: Quickly generate multiple solutions to business challenges, ensuring agility and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Account Growth: Educate, engage, upsell, and renew clients on Structure’s services.
  • Optimize Conversions: Define and optimize user journeys to maximize conversion rates and drive growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a key advisor to clients, helping them navigate and capitalize on opportunities across the full spectrum of digital services.
  • Client Engagement: Guide clients through identifying, designing, and implementing digital solutions for their most complex business challenges.
  • Educate & Empower Clients: Keep clients informed on the latest digital trends and best practices, helping them understand how these developments impact their business goals.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities to increase client profitability and usability, while designing tailored solutions, workshops, and proposals to meet their needs.
  • Lead Strategy Sessions: Facilitate virtual or in-person strategy sessions to help clients define their goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
  • Big-Picture Focus: Maintain a broad view, ensuring all strategies align with short- and long-term growth objectives for Structure and its clients.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Create Alignment: Provide clear direction, feedback, and coaching to team members and contractors, fostering continuous improvement and maximizing individual strengths.
  • Ownership Mindset: Take ownership of outcomes, ensuring accountability for strategy execution and success.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (design, development, content, SEO) to ensure that strategies are executed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Initiate Action: Lead the charge in setting direction and momentum for strategies, taking ownership from start to finish. You’ll drive strategies forward and adjust as needed to deliver results.

Business Development & Proposals

  • Business Development: Collaborate with Sales in creating and presenting business development proposals when not actively engaged in client projects.
  • Client Retention & Upselling: Foster strong client relationships to drive retention, while identifying opportunities for upselling services that align with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Lives in the Greater Phoenix area. Structure's in-person Strategic Workshops are held in Phoenix, Arizona and we're looking to hire locally.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy, growth marketing, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that lead to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and account management skills, with the ability to guide initiatives and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into simple concepts and actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an emphasis on innovation and results.
  • A passion for growth, digital transformation, and making a lasting impact.

At Structure, we believe in rewarding our team members generously for their hard work and dedication. As part of our team, you'll receive a competitive annual base salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, based on your location, skills, and experience.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO), increasing to 20 days after two years with us. You’ll also enjoy nine paid holidays throughout the year, giving you ample time to relax and recharge.
