The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Support day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue, and supporting client relations.
• Responsible for maintaining high levels of staff morale, including scheduling team building events.
• Provide support to the leadership team and ensures success of all team members.
• Ensure events are executed per guest expectations.
• Maintain and foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal brand representation.
• Maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all guests and employees.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Assist with staffing/talent acquisition efforts, P&L reporting, and payroll duties.
• Perform other supportive functions as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in night life or other related fields.
• Strong servant leadership qualities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Required food and alcohol manager certifications (Title 4 Basic & Title 4 Management, Certified Food Manager)
