Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications across departments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including producing agendas and taking minutes.
- Oversee document management, including filing, archiving, and record keeping.
- Assist in project coordination by monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
- Perform data entry and maintain updating databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably in the tech or semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear interactions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for handling administrative challenges.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining self-motivated and proactive.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or paralegal are a plus.
