Total Life Counseling is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our dedicated team in the mental health care industry. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our service delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams within Total Life Counseling to align client needs with our resources. Your ability to communicate effectively about mental health care, coupled with your eagerness to champion our mission, will be instrumental in helping individuals and families access the services they need for improved mental well-being. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Present Total Life Counseling services to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and client engagement.
  • Track and analyze client interactions and feedback to continuously improve service offerings and client experience.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and contracts to potential clients, following up to close sales effectively.
  • Report on sales metrics, goals, and trends, utilizing data to make informed business decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the mental health care or similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to diverse client backgrounds and needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Familiarity with mental health services and a genuine interest in promoting mental health care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage client relationships.
