Full Job Description
Position Mission: Prepare and deliver high quality training that enable staff to succeed in their positions with a focus on providing a robust training experience that allows behavior technician and Registered Behavior Technicians to effectively delivery therapy after completing training cohort
Key Performance Indicators
- Utilizing a 30-day post training survey, new hire rates “training adequately prepared me/set me up for success” as 8 out of 10
- Maintains 90% fidelity of Week 3 Overlap Feedback forms and shadow sessions for new hires as measured by average fidelity score across the quarter
- Provide effective feedback in both written and verbal communication with 90% fidelity utilizing the Effective Feedback Checklist
- Completes Initial RBT Competency Assessment for Trainees in within 30-days of new hire employment
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership + Management= Accountability
- Communicate with new hires in a timely and professional manner regarding IT equipment and the training schedule
- Ensure learners complete all components of the assigned training
- Feedback and support provided to learners as needed
- In conjunction with BCBA, provide ongoing and supplemental training to technicians as requested and needed
- Demonstrate flexibility based on feedback (e.g., scheduling, training location, updates to training content)
2. Staff Development
- Develop and deliver engaging training presentations to new hires
- Conduct training needs assessments including but not limited to RBT Competency Assessments and fidelity checks
- Deliver and/or coordinate Safety Care® Training to all staff at both the initial certification and recertification levels
- Utilize Behavior Skills Training with fidelity to support learners in skill acquisition
3. Clinic Leadership
- Create a positive, welcoming, and engaged culture in the clinic
- Support the roll out of new initiatives

- Cover training cohorts as needed
4. Content Creation
- Inform Director of Learning and Development of any ineffective, outdated or inaccurate training material or content
- Assist in development and modification of existing training tools and presentations
- Assist with content creation, updates, and maintenance of training materials and clinical content in alignment with current best practices
5. Administrative
- Adhere to all Ally handbooks, policies, processes, and responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring that all relevant personnel are informed and able to participate
- Maintain staff records to insure timely certification and renewals
- Proficiency with WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Central Reach, Central Reach Institute, Trainual, Kronos

Education and Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- 2+ years' experience in ABA, training or equivalent relevant experience.
- Holds an RBT certification that is active and in good standing and must be willing to maintain that certification.
Work Environment
- Sitting, standing, and moving throughout the day in an office and/or clinic environment
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Will work from assigned clinic and be available as needed to work in other Ally location
