Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families, addressing their healthcare concerns and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric healthcare setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for providing compassionate care to pediatric patients and their families.
