Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing List Cleaner to join our marketing team on a part-time, temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our marketing contact lists. This role involves cleaning, updating, and maintaining our marketing databases to support targeted marketing campaigns and improve overall data quality. This includes making calls to each company to confirm the validity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and clean marketing contact lists to remove duplicates, outdated information, and inaccuracies.
• Verify and update contact information using various tools and resources.
• Segment and categorize contacts based on predefined criteria.
• Maintain detailed records of changes and updates made to the contact lists.
• Provide recommendations for improving data collection and management processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits

This is a part-time only role. You can expect about 20 hours per week.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience.
