Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients across the lifespan.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Valid, unrestricted licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
- Proven ability to develop treatment plans and evaluate client progress.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Computer proficiency.
