We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Travel Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a Travel CNA at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to explore different healthcare settings across various locations while making a positive impact on the lives of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Transfer patients safely to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
- Observe and report any changes in patients' condition or behavior
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent CNA experience
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work effectively in a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Flexibility to travel to various locations and work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Benefits
Assignment location: Rhode Island
Length of assignment: 8-14 weeks
Pay rate: $1,040 weekly @40 hours
Stipend: up to $800/weekly
Sign on Bonus: paid one time on 2nd or 3rd paycheck
License Required: RI CNA License
Required: BLS Certificate
Housing Assistant Provided
