We are looking for a self-motivated Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, email security, and endpoint management. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure's security and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and optimize M365 services, ensuring security and compliance.
• Email Security Management: Implement and maintain email security solutions to protect against threats like phishing, spam, and malware.
• Endpoint Management: Deploy and manage protection solutions, enforce security policies, and conduct regular audits.
• System Integration and Automation: Integrate IT systems and automate tasks using scripting tools.
• Incident Response: Quickly resolve IT incidents and implement preventative measures.
• Documentation: Maintain system documentation and generate performance and security reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, email security solutions, and endpoint management tools.
• Proficient in M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), email security technologies, and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) and a solid understanding of networking and security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
