Strategic & Operational Planning Analyst

Position Summary:

Arrowpoint Corporation, a MorphWorks company, has over 20 years of success supporting a variety of clients seeking a Strategic & Operational Planning Analyst to provide expertise staff policy, writing, data analysis and technical knowledge necessary to support strategic and operational planning, briefings, and analysis.

Requirements

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Support the Analysis of Alternatives and mission area decomposition of strategic and operational plans and products to determine equities and implications (e.g. planning and staff action execution requirements)
• Participate in strategic planning and coordination venues related to the Intelligence, Security, Information Technology (IT), Information Management (IM), and Cyber (Defense) functions
• Develop, deliver, and maintain a comprehensive five-year strategy with clearly defined strategic goals and objectives 
• Provide the technical operational expertise to develop, deliver, and maintain an Annual Plan (of execution) based on the comprehensive five-year Strategy 
• Support annual review of both the comprehensive five-year Strategy and Annual Plan to track accomplishments, refinement elements of the Strategy and Annual Plan (e.g. LOEs), and update each product as required – on an annual and semi-annual basis
• Development, maintenance, and continuous refinement of an Annual Operating Cycle (AOC) 
• Prepare and deliver Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) that address the feasible alternatives; cost, schedule, and performance benchmarks; risks; and critical technology elements
• Prepare and deliver Business Case Analysis (BCA) that address the strategies, background information, benefits, costs, gap analysis results, and risks
• Other duties may be required

Basic Qualifications:

• ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED
• Technical and operational expertise to support the analysis, development, and/or implementation of strategic and operational documents, plans, products, and venues, as well as battle rhythm events 
• US Citizenship is required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant credentials to access the worksite and computer systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
