Senior Program Manager SME-Part Time

Qualis Corporation is seeking a part time senior systems engineer with experience with Qualis BD processes and procedures.  This engineer will have experience supporting proposal development and other programmatic functions.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

• Develop programmatic documentation
• Support the BD team with technical proposal writing
• Provide SME support to systems engineering documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field with 25 years of experience
• Experience with Army programs
• Experience with systems engineering principles and proposal processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or a related field required
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
