Responsibilities

  • Review and enter quality control data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Generate detailed quality control reports for management and other departments.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually enhance knowledge of quality control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality control, data entry, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies in data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies is a plus.
