The Print Production Associate (PPA) provides knowledgeable and responsive service to customers requesting Printing services. You will consult with customers both in-person and over the phone to gather data, establish customer's needs and recommend print products that will meet the customer's expectations. In this role you will use your knowledge and expertise of print products and production methods to increase revenue by enhancing print orders by introducing additional products. You will work under minimal supervision and will interact daily with team members, customers, owners, and store managers to accomplish established business objectives.
Requirements
- Ability to provide customers with efficient and effective service to exceed expectations while promoting products and services to meet customers needs.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months customer service and sales experience in a print production environment.
- Minimum of one year of experience or a 2-yr degree in graphic design or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years knowledge and application of Adobe Creative Software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and application of printing concepts.
- Project Management skills.
- Production experience with digital printing equipment.
- Production experience with bindery equipment.
- Attention to detail for proofing.
- Ability to work and complete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and to stand for extended periods of time.
