Plumber

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local plumbing codes.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
• Collaborate with other trades professionals to plan and execute plumbing projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine optimal plumbing system layout.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Requirements

• Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Experience with plumbing tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
