Pest Control Field Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Lookout Pest Control in South Birmingham. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent pest control services to our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control treatments according to company standards and protocols
• Conduct inspections of customer properties to identify pest problems, determine the extent of infestation, and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Educate customers on pest prevention and recommend appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate future infestations
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete all necessary paperwork
• Collaborate with team members and management to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pest Control Technician license or certification
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician in the pest control industry
• Strong knowledge of pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
