Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Contract Administrator to join our growing team in Mobile, Alabama. As a Construction Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction processes by ensuring commercial documents are collected, reviewed, distributed, and completed in accordance with contractual requirements and industry standards. A proactive approach and excellent communication skills will contribute to the overall success.

 The successful candidate will oversee multiple administrative duties, which include:

·       Commercial document management

-          Commercial contract booking

-          Commercial contract billing

·       Certified payroll reporting

·       Coordination with sales representatives to ensure complete documents are obtained prior to booking.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, documents, and customer interactions.

·       Assist in preparing reports and analysis related to project status.

·       Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.

·       Log and track business opportunities generated from events in the CRM system.

Requirements

  Proven experience in contract administration or coordination role is preferred but not mandatory.

·       Attention to detail is a must.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

·       Strong organizational and project management skills.

·       Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional context.

·       Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

·       Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple business software platforms

·       Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Teams)

·       Experience with Microsoft Great Plains software preferred

·       Familiarity with CRM systems.
