To achieve our vision, we seek an Associate Director of School Operations with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in school operations, with a proven record of leadership abilities and a relentlessly high excellence bar.

ACHIEVE IMPACTFUL OUTCOMES

  • Serve as an ambassador of iPrep’s burgeoning brand and a catalyst for all school community communications and event planning
  • Foster relationships with students, staff, families, and other stakeholders to ensure all members of the community feel welcomed, informed, and included
  • Executing projects and tasks, including managing the school events calendar, overseeing student enrollment, and compiling and distributing weekly parent communications and newsletters
  • Lead a team to ensure key operational outcomes by creating a culture of high expectations, candid feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Develop systems for ensuring a world-class facility that meets iPrep’s high expectations
  • Uphold your team’s compliance with iPrep’s financial expectations, Department of Education expectations, and any alternative compliance expectations across the school

We are hiring for a September start date. The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales and is not negotiable.
