As needed cleaning technician

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team on an as-needed basis. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including residential properties, commercial buildings, and healthcare facilities. This is a flexible position that offers opportunities to work in different environments and gain valuable experience in the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and paper products
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Attention to detail and high level of cleanliness
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work on an as-needed basis, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
