Program Coordinator - Dane County in Wisconsin

The WRTP/BIG STEP Youth Outreach & Program Coordinator is actively engaged in planning and implementation of youth programs and services, supporting and providing direction and operational support for all in-school youth, out of school youth and emerging adults within the greater Madison area, with responsibility for the outcomes and performance. The Youth Program & Outreach Coordinator often serves as the liaison between staff, community, agencies, schools and school districts, and funders and will serve as the primary point of contact for students and families.  This position reports to the South-Central Region Director.

The WRTP/BIG STEP Program Coordinator provides general support to our programs and services assisting our organization in meeting contract performance and goals. The Program Coordinator is the liaison between the staff, community, and agencies.  This position is the initial contact for interested parties and responsible for triaging all incoming requests, questions, and needs by counseling, mentoring, guiding, and advising.
