Our clinic specializes in Women’s Health we are open Monday – Thursday 8-5pm & Friday 8-12:30pm.

Work Schedule 7:45-2:30pm Monday -Thursday and Friday 8-12:30pm

We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to:

• Providing excellent customer service to patients.
• Answering phone calls/assisting callers with scheduling, questions and concerns.
• Scheduling patients using EMR scheduling software.
• Checking in patients and taking patient payments.
• Assist with verifying insurances and obtaining insurance authorizations.
• Faxing, scanning and sorting mail.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience Preferred:
