The Director of Electrical Engineering directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for engineering of electrical aspects of our product line to ensure functionality, quality, cost, and schedule by performing the following duties:

• Works with various departments investigating material suitability, integrating new products, modifying existing designs, improving production techniques, and developing test procedures.
• Advises management and resolves problems with new processes and technology which may affect profit, schedule, costs, customer relations, and/or inter-departmental relations.
