North Prairie based maintenance service contractor is seeking Building Maintenance Service Techs to join their team! This exciting opportunity requires travel to different locations throughout WI as you provide maintenance and repair services for commercial buildings. As a Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the buildings.
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week; must have some flexibility
Wage: $30 - 38 per hour; based on experience
- Must have good driving record; will be issued a company car for travel
- Solid understanding of plumbing, HVAC and electrical is required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs
