Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of corporate contracts, with a focus on manufacturing, distribution, and logistics
- Review contracts related to buying and selling products, particularly for products manufactured overseas
- Manage and oversee licensing agreements
- Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
- Handle lease agreements for warehouses and facilities
