Observer Controller/Trainer - Instructor (OC/T-I) in West Virginia

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an Observer Controller/Trainer – Instructor (OC/T-I) to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) and the Army Interagency Training and Education Center (AITEC). The OC/T-I is responsible for the development, synchronization, conduct, and control of AITEC exercises and training courses.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Work as part of an exercise planning team to design, develop and execute AITEC exercises.
• Liaise with the supported unit to determine training needs and provide detailed written reports articulating training event and exercise requirements. Provide progress reports to the Government during the planning phase and participate in planning meetings as required.
