The Lead Teacher/Coach will not be assigned to a classroom with students; instead, the Lead Teacher/Coach position will be a full-time position supporting and coaching teachers in their own classrooms, during planning periods, and in IEP meetings. The Lead Teacher/Coach will be the central warehouse of knowledge and expertise for all teachers to utilize for each of the three main departments (or programs) in the school: I Am I Can, Blended, and Base. This position requires OSPI special education certification or the ability to be certified.
