Preventative Maintenance Diesel Technician in Washington

Position Summary

Equipment Experts, Inc. is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Diesel Technician (PM Tech) to join our team in Lakewood, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing quality assurance on field repairs for our customers. As a PM Tech, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring safety and excellence in every task.

The PM Tech schedule is Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (some variance in start time). Enjoy a $1 shift differential for shifts starting after 2pm.

**Pay range: $22/hr. to $35/hr. based on relevant experience**

Incentives:

• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• $2,500 retention bonus after six months

The PM Tech is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing quality assurance of field repairs for Equipment Experts’ customers. The PM Tech plays a crucial role: aligning excellent diagnostic and repair abilities with our customer’s need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally facing and requires a high level of experience and understanding of universal system functions.
