Parts Specialist-Temp Position in Washington

 In this role you will support our Marine Parts Department team as a Parts Specialist team member. To be successful in this role you need to have mechanical aptitude, have great communication and customer service skills and be comfortable with data entry.

Primary (Essential) Duties:

• Greet and help customer parts inquiry via, walk in, phone and email communications. Research, provide estimates, determine availability, and answer general parts questions using electronic and paper parts catalogs to identify parts.
• Order input internal and external systems when all information verified and complete.
• Detailed understanding of technical information, including how to research via online tools across all product lines.
• Proficient with internal systems and major lines of business.
