EPIC Early Learning is currently hiring a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a private, nonprofit organization, EPIC has been providing early childhood educational services to children and families in Central Washington for over 35 years. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for children ages 3 to 5. Lead Teacher 

Description 

The Lead Teacher/Coach will be assigned to a classroom with students and expected to teacher ½ day while directing staff to lead programming for the second half of the day. During the second half of the day, the Lead Teacher will be supporting and coaching teachers in their own classrooms, during planning periods, and in IEP meetings. The Lead Teacher will be the central warehouse of knowledge and expertise for all teachers to utilize for each of the three main departments (or programs) in the school: I Am I Can, Blended, and BASE. The Lead Teacher will also be the Department Chair for all BASE teachers in the company. This position requires OSPI special education certification or the ability to be certified.
