Lead Fleet Technician in Washington

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Fleet Lead Tech is responsible for proactive fleet tracking, assigning work and updating repairs completed via Fleetio, and Samsara the ELD/Telematics platform. Lead responsibilities include managing technician workflow, assisting technicians in completing troubleshooting/repairs, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, the shop and associated workspaces stay clean/tidy and proactively managing equipment maintenance. The Fleet Lead Tech will be tasked with, operating various tools and machinery, and training team members on procedures and safety guidelines. Additionally, they will audit workorders, ensure proper completion of preventitive maintenance, and address DVIR issues. The  Lead Tech will maintain cleanliness and safety for the shop, maintain all shop tools and equipment, and assist with the final inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met.
