Position Summary
Equipment Experts, Inc. is seeking skilled Field Diesel Mechanics to add to its satellite team in Everett, WA. The first two weeks of training will be at our Lakewood, WA location.
As a Field Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring the quality of field repairs for our valued customers. The Field Mechanic plays a crucial role: aligning excellent diagnostic and repair abilities with our customer’s need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally facing and requires a high level of experience and understanding of universal system functions.
Location: Everett, WA
Pay Range: $30/hr to $45/hr based on relevant experience, plus monthly bonuses
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, with an additional $2,500 retention bonus after six months
