Position: Mid-Level Associate – Business Group

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced mid-level associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join its Business Group. The associate will collaborate with both small and large business clients across various industry sectors and work closely with talented attorneys from multiple offices.
Key Qualifications:
- Significant experience with contracts in the consumer goods and/or consumer products industry, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales Broker, Raw Material Supply, Packaging Supply, Equipment Leases, and Product Purchase Agreements.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a license to practice law.
