ROLE OVERVIEW

The primary role of Master Trainer is to provide QBS-designed training programs (primarily Safety-Care) to customers requiring skills in behavior change and management. Safety-Care is trained in various settings, including educational, residential, and treatment settings, using a Train-the-Trainer model. Master Trainers travel 30 weeks per year, and they conduct training classes in their local area when not traveling. This role does not include any direct client contact.
