TLA is looking for an experienced and talented UX/UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, and cross functional teams. Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
