• The Tier 1/ Tier 2 Analyst will use new and existing detection use cases (instructions) and cyber defense tools for continual monitoring of enterprise activity to provide timely detection of possible attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities and distinguish these incidents and events from benign activities.

• Tier 1/ Tier 2 Analyst will utilize cyberspace incident management system to document and escalate incidents, including event’s history, status, and potential impact for further action, that may cause ongoing and immediate impact to the environment.
