Strategy & Change Management Specialist - Senior in Virginia

We are seeking a Strategy & Change Management Specialist – Senior with at least 5 years of experience in supervising teams and leading strategy and change management programs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management.

Requirements

• Supervise teams in leading and managing strategy and change management programs.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive organizational change.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
• Must have a favorably completed NACI or T1 investigation equivalent, including an FBI fingerprint check, prior to installation access.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
