LaBella is looking for the right person to join our highly creative team of designers working primarily but not exclusively in our Multi-Family, Healthcare, and Sports & Entertainment markets with other markets including Higher Educations, K-12, and Corporate. The lead position is expected to be an authority or expert in the fields of interior design and interior architecture.

Interior design is a large part of LaBella’s business and leaders are expected to work with clients to discuss goals and objectives and provide creative and innovative design solutions. We pride ourselves with working with them, and delivering projects that result in long relationship spanning multiple projects.

Duties

• Responsible for not only creative and innovative design solutions but also the proficiency and efficiency of the interior design team members. Understanding and creating fee and project budgets and performing project management tasks are sometimes required and expected to be performed with little assistance. Projects are expected to be delivered within budgets outlined as well as meet client expectations.
