As the IC Recruiter/Recruiting Coordinator you will help oversee the program to recruit and onboard independent contractors to for all janitorial and other services at City Wide. This person will be responsible for prospecting via phone calls and email campaigns to find independent contractors that meet project scope requirements for both janitorial and other services.

• Hire sufficient ICs to services City Wide’s janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts, set by the franchise location and on a monthly basis.
