C2 TECOE/MOC TT/COC Instructor (Contingent) in Virginia

Contingent upon contract award.

First Division Consulting is hiring a(n) Instructor to deliver comprehensive instruction on Combat Operations Center (COC) operations, ensuring alignment with Marine Corps standards and objectives.

The contractor shall perform the following:

• Conduct COC training for Marine Corps personnel.
• Develop and update instructional material.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Support the integration of new C2 systems into training.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience as a COC instructor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Marine Corps C2 systems.
• Must be a US citizen.
