The Manassas Park City Library (MPCL) serves as a vibrant community hub dedicated to providing a diverse range of innovative resources, programs, and services. Founded in 2020, MPCL is a growing Library focused on innovation and community service. MPCL moved to the newly redeveloped Park Central in the heart of Manassas Park in Summer 2022 and is conveniently co-located within City Hall. The new Park Central Library location is the community’s most exciting destination for learning, discovering, creating, and connecting.
