Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to patients, manage office operations, and ensure a smooth flow of communication among staff members. This role requires a strong understanding of dental receptionist responsibilities, scheduling, and financial coordinating roles.

Duties:
- Greet patients and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment bookings
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information on care plans and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with scheduling and office administrative tasks
- Utilize Dentrix systems to manage patient data and scheduling
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely treatment and minimize delays
