ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Fullerton, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, OnDemandViet, and Amasian TV. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.

We are currently looking for a VP of Finance and Accounting to join our growing team, who will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including Private Equity, Venture Capital relations, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions activities. Part-time (~20 hours per week) role leading firmwide financial operations including accounting, FP&A, tax, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, partnership accounts, investor communications, valuations, and audits across all Kanbrick entities, collaborating with external partners including partnership administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.

- Treasury Management: Oversee Kanbrick's treasury functions and banking relationships, encompassing capital calls and distributions, bank reporting, and cash flow management.

- Tax: Collaborate with third party advisors on tax planning and ensuring the timely and accurate filing of taxes for all Kanbrick entities.

- Regulatory Compliance: Spearhead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to all regulatory mandates (e.g., SEC, KYC, LPA terms, etc.).
