VP Finance, Global Tax

The Vice President, Tax will lead the global tax organization and is responsible for all federal and international tax planning, compliance and reporting activities. This position will be accountable for the development of foreign and domestic tax strategies that comply with state, federal and international tax requirements.  

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct the company’s tax strategy and tax planning including business operations and legal entity structuring that are consistent with both current and future business needs, optimizing internal and external resources
• Provide leadership to the tax organization that is aligned with company values and supports fiscal success; demonstrate ownership and responsibility for succession management and talent development
