Key Responsibilities

• Draft first round of discovery
• Draft demand letters
• Assist with day to day filings 
• Keep track of deadlines
• Manage various administrative tasks 
• Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
• Platforms:
• MyCase
• Microsoft Office
• LexusNexis

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal (a must)
• Experience in commercial litigation (a must) 
• Experience with Excel (a must) 
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
