Virtual Instructional Coach

Sibme is seeking virtual instructional coaches for part-time employment as outside contractors during the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM Central.

What is Virtual Instructional Coaching?

Through personalized weekly Zoom conferences and by viewing and providing feedback to educator-submitted classroom videos using the Sibme platform, virtual coaches help educators achieve meaningful goals that will improve their professional practices.

Requirements

Specific Coaching Responsibilities:

• Committing to availability for 6 and 7 week coaching cycles—and potential cycle extensions
• Conducting weekly, individualized coaching conferences via ZOOM in a quiet and professional environment--typically 45 - 60 minutes in length
• Viewing and providing time-stamped feedback on teacher-submitted videos within 24 hours of receipt of submission—using the Sibme platform
