Virtual Assistant 15-20 Hours per Week (IC-KC)

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to wear different hats
• Run biweekly report and work with bookkeeper to gather reports needed
• Manage inbox
• Update LinkedIn and Trip Advisor with guidance from client
• Make phone calls and reconcile with insurance companies
• Manage various projects in Notion
• Manage social media
• Repurpose content into reels, videos, etc.
• Keep up with social media trends and what other top restaurants are doing 
• Ability to look ahead and plan out content with holidays / events
